If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, our support team is ready to assist you. Please review our official, standardized return and refund policy below.
🔁 Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days. You may submit a return request within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
1. All returned hair items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and untrimmed, in the exact original condition as received. Light try-ons are permitted, but the product must remain free of dye, heat modification, glue, stains, odors, or any form of damage and must be fully resalable.
2. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the original box, product tags, hair nets, and any complimentary items included in your original order.
3. Return requests must be formally initiated within the 14-day return window starting from your order’s delivery date.
⚠️ Important Note: All custom or altered hair products — including cut, colored, restyled, glued, resized, or otherwise modified units — are non-returnable and non-refundable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are ineligible for returns or refunds in compliance with hygiene standards and store policies:
1. Worn, used, damaged, or altered hair systems and wigs
2. Custom-made, personalized, or specially modified hair products
3. Final sale, clearance, and promotional discounted items
4. Items with return requests submitted after the 14-day eligible window
5. Personal care accessories, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
6. Gift cards (non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances)
📦 Return Shipping Label & Costs
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@seully.com. We will verify your request and provide an official return link and detailed shipping instructions. Any items sent back without prior authorized return approval will be rejected and cannot be processed.
We provide free return shipping labels for customers in the following regions: Canada, United States, Czech Republic, Australia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Ukraine, Mexico, Italy, Chile, South Korea, Japan, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and Belgium.
For all other countries and regions, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and arranging shipment to our designated return address.
Free return shipping labels issued by Seully Hair are valid for 10 calendar days. If the label expires due to non-use within the valid period, your return request will be automatically invalidated, and we assume no responsibility for subsequent return failures.
Original shipping fees, including standard and expedited shipping charges paid at checkout, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, except for returns caused by our store errors, such as incorrect item delivery, factory defects, or transit damage.
🛠️ Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at info@seully.com with your order number and relevant photo or video evidence. Our team will review your case within 1–3 business days and provide a resolution, which may include free returns, product replacements, or full refunds based on the verified issue.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. To receive a different product or variant, simply return your original item following our return process. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you may place a new order for your preferred product, which is the fastest way to complete your replacement.
💰 Refund Processing Rules
All approved refunds only cover the base product price. All shipping-related fees, including original shipping, expedited fees, and return shipping costs, are non-refundable.
We require 3–10 business days to receive, inspect, and process returned items. Once your return is verified and approved, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time to post refunds to your account, which is beyond our operational control.
If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days after return approval, please contact our support team at info@seully.com for further investigation and assistance.
For customized products eligible for partial refunds, a $30 custom service fee will be deducted from the final refund amount to cover personalized processing costs.
