At VEVIY, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our full return and refund guidelines below.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, uncut, and in its original condition. We accept returns for unpackaged but unused items. Try-ons are allowed, but the item must remain undyed, uncurled, untrimmed, and completely unchanged from the original received state.
2. It must be returned with all original packaging, including the box, tags, and accessories.
3. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
⚠️ Custom or altered products (e.g., cut, colored, styled, or glued units) are not eligible for return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
1. Worn or altered hair systems
2. Custom-made products
3. Final sale or clearance items
4. Items returned after the 14-day window
5. Personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
6. Gift cards (non-returnable and non-refundable)
📦 Return Shipping Label & Costs
To start a return, please contact us at info@vevuy.com. We will provide you with a return link, where you can access a free return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We provide free return labels for the following countries or regions: Canada, United States, Czech Republic, Australia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Ukraine, Mexico, Italy, Chile, South Korea, Japan, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Belgium.
For other regions, please return the item to the designated address and pay for the shipping yourself.
The free return shipping label you applied for is valid for ten days. If the label becomes invalid due to non-use beyond this period, we will not bear relevant responsibilities, and you will not be able to process the return of this product.
Original shipping costs, including any expedited shipping fees you paid, are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
🛠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via info@vevuy.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take corrective action.
🔄 Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
💰 Refunds
Refunds will only cover the cost of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It takes 3-7 business days for us to process your return request. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@vevuy.com.
For custom products, a $25 customization fee will be deducted from the refund.
