After receiving your product, follow these steps to ensure it looks its best:
Carefully remove the product from the packaging and take off the protective net.
Lightly spray clean water on the product to slightly dampen it (avoid getting it too wet).
Wait until the product is halfway dry, then gently comb it downward in a "Z" shape several times.
Allow the product to fully air dry. Once dry, it will become fluffy, and you can part it in any direction you prefer.
The product is now "awakened" and ready for use!
